· Use the recommended amount of a premium detergent for delicate articles.
· Silk articles need to be washed separately because they have a lower colorfastness than other fabrics.
· Hand washing is recommended for delicate items such as lace, lingerie, wool, silk or very dark colors that may run. Using lukewarm or cold water under 30°C and squeeze gently. Turn inside out when hanging up and do not dry clothes in full sunlight.
· The clothes should be at least 3 quarters dry before ironing. Ironing temperature recommended from 100°C to 180°C depending on the fabric.
· The steam setting should be on high since ironing silk requires a lot of moisture. After the silkis lightly misted with water, it is placed face down on the ironing board and covered with a press cloth.
· Avoid washing or bleaching for leather articles. Dry Cleaning is recommended for them.

Item not comparable to picture on website

The item was not what I expected going by what I ordered and was the wrong size. Poor quality. I have contacted you on Mar 2nd regarding a refund and was responded to on the same day asking for photos which I provided. Since then I have had no response to my enquiry. All I want is to return the garment and get a refund. I would have given a much better review if my refund had been processed as my item was delivered quickly and even thought it is not suitable, if my refund was sorted I would have had no issue at all and would have reviewed positively. As I am now not getting replies to emails about a refund I am reviewing poorly as expect much better service. Sometimes a garment is not suitable and you have a refund policy. My emails are not answered and then you send me an email asking if I would rate your service. If you can chase up my refund then happy to change my review but at this time I would not recommend you to anyone.

I don't like the quality of the product and the size. I demand a refund, they charge me for the return, and then they say that the return is expensive! I demand that they return my money, the product is of poor quality!
